The PRO is a real time-saver. It is designed for our everyday use and to ensure constant quality – it’s perfect. The speed of the machine has allowed us to achieve good results and to serve customers at any time, 24 hours a day.
The dVine Pro allows us to meet a very specific demand from our customers who are guests of luxury hotels on the Côte d’Azur. They want to taste fine wines and with the dVine we can offer Meursault, Beychevelle or even Corton-Charlemagne by the glass.
What appeals to me about this process is getting great wines to which we don’t usually have access, plus the quality of service and temperature control that it offers.
It’s clear that wines that undergo this aeration and temperature control taste much better. Using the dVine is both fun and educational, not to mention beneficial to the wines.
We have had the dVine Pro since the beginning of summer 2021. It is a tremendous change, particularly in terms of pouring speed and there are other little options that are very useful too. It’s faster and more practical!
The dVine allows us to deliver wine at just the right temperature, so its aromas can be fully appreciated. When the same wine is served under less suitable conditions – a few degrees too warm or unaerated – it really tastes like a different wine altogether.
We have just switched to the Pro version. Quite honestly, it is a whole new game in terms of speed, temperature adjustment, cooling and rinsing between glasses. The Pro is really designed for restaurants. You have clearly taken our feedback into consideration. We truly have an excellent machine.
